This year I'll be taking part in my very first Swim the Bay in honor of our dear friend, Jonathan Cooper, whom we tragically lost at the beginning of the year.

Jonathan was my swim buddy, and together we covered miles and miles of open water around Jamestown. He never turned down a swim, whether it was raining or snowing. If you needed someone to swim with, Jonathan was always there. His love for the ocean, his adventurous spirit, and his friendship inspired so many of us.
